Our services

Squatics provides software products, including Vyapar for billing, khata and stock, and Blinko for live video chat. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you give us and for keeping your login details safe. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

Using Vyapar

Vyapar helps you create invoices, track udhaar and manage stock. You are responsible for the accuracy of your bills, GST rates, HSN codes and tax filings. Vyapar is a tool to support your records and does not replace advice from a qualified accountant.

You must have your customers’ permission before sending them invoices or reminders on WhatsApp through Vyapar.

Using Blinko

Be respectful. You must not use Blinko to share nudity, harass or threaten anyone, share illegal content, or pretend to be someone else. We may suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights while using our services.
• Try to access other users’ data or interfere with how the services run.
• Copy, resell or reverse-engineer our software, except where the law allows it.

Your data

You own the business records you put into Vyapar. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can provide the service to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Our intellectual property

The Squatics, Vyapar and Blinko names, logos, software and website content belong to Squatics. These terms do not give you any right to use them beyond using the services.

Availability and liability

We work to keep our services available and accurate, but they are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Squatics is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the services.

Ending your use

You can stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Before closing a Vyapar account, we will give you a reasonable chance to export your records, unless the law prevents it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.
