The counter, the khata and the stockroom in one place. It runs in the browser on your shop computer, and installs on your phone like an app.

A day with Vyapar

  1. 01 · Billing

    Bill in seconds.

    Type an item or tap a quick-add chip. Rate, HSN, GST and round-off fill in on their own. Enter adds, Ctrl + Enter takes payment.

  2. 02 · Payment

    Cash, UPI, card or udhaar.

    Pick how they paid with one key, F5 to F8. For cash, Vyapar shows the change to hand back before you confirm.

  3. 03 · Invoice

    A proper tax invoice. Sent on WhatsApp.

    Your shop name, GSTIN, HSN codes and the CGST and SGST split, done right. Send it on WhatsApp as a link your customer opens without any app, print it, or save a PDF.

  4. 04 · Khata

    Udhaar, without the notebook.

    Every customer’s balance, limit and full history. Send a reminder on WhatsApp, record a payment in one tap, or download a statement for any period.

  5. 05 · Stock

    Know what’s left before customers ask.

    Every bill takes stock out on its own. Set an alert level per item, stock in from your suppliers, compare their prices, and see your margin on every item.

  6. 06 · Reports

    See how the month went.

    Sales, bills, GST collected and udhaar given, by week, month or year. Add your expenses and see the profit. Export GST as CSV when it’s time to file.

On your phone

Leave the counter. Take the numbers with you.

Open Vyapar on your phone and it’s the same shop: today’s sales, who owes you, what’s running low. Bill from it too, show customers a UPI QR right on the screen, and switch to dark mode after hours.

On WhatsApp

Save the bill. Send it on WhatsApp.

Once a bill is saved, one tap opens WhatsApp with the bill ready to send from your own number. Your customer opens it in their browser, and udhaar reminders go out the same way, with the exact amount due.

  3. 03The link shows the bill and a PDF, and asks for a Google review.
  4. 04For udhaar, send a reminder from their khata with the amount due.
